This page explains what information we collect through quote requests and website usage, how we use it, and the choices available to customers and site visitors.

Last updated: April 3, 2026

1. Information We Collect

When you request a quote, contact us, or submit artwork for a project, we collect the information you provide directly. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number, shipping details, artwork files, order preferences, and any notes about your event, crew, or product needs.

We also collect standard technical information when you browse the site, such as browser type, device type, IP address, referring pages, and general usage activity. This information helps us understand site performance, protect the site, and improve the quote experience.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to quote requests, recommend products, prepare mockups, communicate about production and delivery, and provide customer support before and after an order.

We may also use site and inquiry data to improve our website, understand which services are most useful, prevent abuse, and send occasional follow-up messages related to active quote requests or existing customer relationships.

  • Prepare and deliver quotes
  • Coordinate production, approvals, and shipping
  • Respond to questions and support requests
  • Improve website content, performance, and usability
  • Maintain internal records related to customer projects

3. Quote Forms and Uploaded Materials

If you provide logos, artwork, garment preferences, size breakdowns, or event information, we use that material to evaluate your project and prepare recommendations, proofs, and pricing.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your order. We only ask for information that helps us quote, produce, and fulfill custom apparel and promotional product requests.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Our site may use cookies or similar technologies to support core site functionality, understand traffic patterns, and measure how visitors use the site. Some of these tools may be provided by third-party analytics vendors.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work, but it will not prevent you from contacting us directly by email or phone.

5. When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers when it is necessary to operate the business, such as email systems, payment processors, shipping providers, decorators, or technology vendors that support our website and quoting workflow.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, protect our legal rights, investigate fraud, or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

6. Data Retention

We keep quote requests, order details, and related communications for as long as reasonably necessary to manage our records, support repeat orders, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we will delete it, anonymize it, or securely archive it in accordance with our internal practices.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain. Those measures are intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

No method of storing or transmitting data is completely secure. Because of that, we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do work to keep our systems and processes appropriate for the type of information we collect.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to update, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted to us, subject to any legal or operational obligations that require us to retain certain records.

If you no longer want to receive promotional communications, you can contact us and ask to be removed from future outreach. Operational messages related to active quotes or orders may still be sent when necessary.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses, organizations, teams, and event planners, and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will review the situation and take appropriate steps.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or website changes. If we make material changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date shown above.
