Terms of Service

These terms explain how quotes, approvals, payments, custom production, and delivery are handled when you work with Vision Print Shop.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or requesting products and services from Vision Print Shop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site or place an order with us.

These terms apply to quote requests, product consultations, mockups, custom apparel orders, promotional product orders, and related services we provide.

2. Quotes and Product Recommendations

Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared, including garment choice, quantity, imprint method, artwork requirements, freight assumptions, and delivery timing.

Recommendations are provided to help you choose products and decoration methods, but final suitability depends on your own approval of product type, sizing, artwork, and use case.

  • Quotes may expire if product costs or availability change
  • Substitutions may be required if a requested item becomes unavailable
  • Changes after quoting may result in updated pricing or timelines

3. Order Approval and Payment

An order is not considered confirmed until you approve the quote or invoice and any required payment or deposit is received. We may require full payment in advance, a deposit, or another payment schedule depending on the project.

If payment is late, production or shipment may be delayed. We reserve the right to pause work until account balances are resolved.

4. Artwork, Logos, and Proofing

You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, art, slogans, or other materials you submit can legally be used for production. By sending artwork to us, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission.

Production may begin only after you approve the relevant mockup, proof, or order details. Once approved, you are responsible for errors that appear in the approved version, including spelling, placement, size, or color choices.

5. Production Timing and Delivery

Production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. Timelines can be affected by supplier stock, freight delays, approval timing, artwork revisions, weather events, and other factors outside our direct control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes, but we are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, inaccurate shipping information, carrier issues, or product backorders.

6. Custom Products, Returns, and Claims

Because most items are custom-made, decorated to order, or specially sourced, sales are generally final. Returns are typically not accepted for change of mind, preference changes, or quantity adjustments after production begins.

If you believe an order contains a production defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, you must notify us promptly with relevant photos and order details so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

  • Claims should be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Do not distribute or alter disputed goods before review when possible
  • Approved remedies may include reprint, replacement, credit, or another commercially reasonable solution

7. Product Variations

You understand that decorated and manufactured goods may include normal commercial variation. Slight differences in garment shade, imprint placement, stitching, sizing, material texture, or production yield can occur.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, reasonable production tolerances and minor variations do not count as defects.

8. Acceptable Content and Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse artwork, orders, or projects that we believe are unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate for our business to produce.

We may also decline work that cannot be completed accurately, safely, or on a commercially reasonable timeline.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision Print Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or our services, including lost profits, event losses, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or service is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or service at issue.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless otherwise stated.
