A recurring conference merchandise program
Sacred Vibes is a healing and wellness organization that coordinates an annual conference. Since 2023, its custom merchandise orders have included branded T-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags for conference attendees.

2023: Khaki apparel and army green totes
For the 2023 conference, Sacred Vibes ordered 75 khaki T-shirts, 60 khaki hoodies, and 60 army green tote bags, for 195 pieces in total. The order was placed on September 26, 2023, and delivered on October 4, 2023. Screen printing was used.
2024: Six-color screen printing
The 2024 conference order included 65 cream T-shirts, 55 Sandstone hoodies, and 60 green tote bags. The 180-piece order used six-color silk screen printing and required coordinating design assets, garment colorways, and size breakdowns around a tight production and delivery schedule.
The order was placed on September 25, 2024, and delivered on October 4, 2024.
2025: Two designs across shirts and totes
For 2025, the merchandise mix included two yellow T-shirt designs, yellow hoodies, and natural-color tote bags with two designs. The quantities were 100 T-shirts split evenly between the designs, 65 hoodies, and 50 tote bags split evenly between the designs, totaling 215 pieces.
The project took place between the initial request on September 19, 2025, and delivery on October 2, 2025. DTF was used for the print method.
2026: Sapphire DTF apparel and totes
For the 2026 order, Sacred Vibes ordered 30 sapphire hoodies, 30 sapphire T-shirts, and 50 sapphire totes, for 110 pieces total. The order was placed on September 22, 2026, printed using DTF, and delivered on October 6, 2026.
