Product guide
Custom Tote Bags
Custom tote bags can carry event materials, retail purchases, welcome-kit items, or everyday branded merchandise. We help compare bag construction and color, prepare a logo layout for the available print area, and coordinate the tote order alongside apparel when useful.

Choose a tote for its intended use
Tote options from brands such as BAGedge, Liberty Bags, Q-Tees, econscious, and Big Accessories can vary in fabric and construction. Start by considering what the bag needs to carry and how it will be distributed. A lightweight tote may suit a conference handout or welcome kit. A heavier canvas-style bag can create a sturdier feel for retail or repeated use. Bag size, gusset, handle length, and fabric all affect how the tote works in practice.
Color availability and printable area vary by bag style. Before approving a design, check that the artwork has enough room to remain clear and that its colors contrast well with the selected tote.

Custom tote bags with your logo
A logo tote can carry a wordmark, event graphic, campaign design, or simple brand mark. Screen printing can work well for designs with a limited color palette and a clear shape. DTF can reproduce more detailed, multicolor artwork on suitable bags. Decoration compatibility depends on the bag material and construction.
A mockup helps check the artwork's position and size before production. For a tote, this is especially useful when choosing between a centered print, a smaller corner mark, or a larger design that uses more of the bag panel.
Tote bags for events, retail, and branded kits
Organizations use custom tote bags for conferences, trade events, employee welcome kits, retail packaging, fundraisers, and promotional merchandise. Totes can be ordered on their own or coordinated with T-shirts and hoodies so the colors and graphics belong to the same campaign.
If an order includes different artwork versions, provide the design files and quantity for each version. A clear split makes it easier to plan the proof and confirm the final count for each tote design.
Plan quantity, artwork, and delivery together
Tote projects often depend on a fixed event or launch date. Share your required delivery date early, along with the estimated quantity, bag preference, artwork, and any separate design versions. We can then review the available bag choices and decoration method against the project requirements.
For a quote, send your intended use, preferred material or bag style, color, quantity, print area, artwork, and target date. If you are not sure which tote is right, start with what it needs to hold and how often it will be used.
